“The agreements for 2020, which were reached with the Russian Federation to compensate for the rest of the premium at the expense of the Russian budget, are at the final stage,” he said.

In February, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that the Russian side had proposed Minsk to gradually reduce the premium to the price of oil.

At the end of March, the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko discussed with the working group the situation around the agreements with Russia on oil supplies.
