As News Front previously reported, a group of militants from Colombia tried to land on Venezuela on May 3. According to Venezuelan law enforcement officers, the mercenaries were to carry out a series of terrorist attacks in the republic, liquidate the head of state and organize a coup d’etat. The Venezuelan military prevented the landing. So, today 13 people are detained.
