Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has been diagnosed with coronavirus. First Deputy Prime Minister Belousov has been appointed Acting Prime Minister.
Mishustin said that he would observe self-isolation. Putin wished him recovery and agreed with Mishustin’s proposal to appoint acting Premiere of Belousov. Putin signed a decree.
