According to I.O. head of so-called Kosovo government Albin Kurti, the American representatives do not deny presence of such plan.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Kurti spoke about his relationship with US President Donald Trump’s Special Representative for Dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo Richard Grennell.
The Kosovo politician said that Grenell aims to reach an early agreement between Serbia and Kosovo, and that to this end, he has exerted increased pressure on Kurti’s partners in the ruling coalition of the Democratic League of Kosovo on the issue of duty and its replacement by a regime of reciprocity, which led to the collapse of the coalition of the Self-Determination Movement.
Regarding the existence of a plan for territorial exchange between Kosovo and Serbia, Kurti noted that Grenell had not stated that there was no such plan at all, but he had just not seen it.
