“Reports that I will fire Alex Azar are fake. Lying media know this, but they are desperate to create a sense of chaos and disorder in the public. They [the media] haven’t even asked if the reports about the resignation plans are true”, – Trump said on Twitter on Sunday. – “Alex is doing a great job.”
On Saturday, the Politico newspaper said, citing sources in the Washington administration, that the White House is considering sending Alex Azar, head of the Ministry of Health, to resign. According to sources, the administration of the American leader is dissatisfied with the measures taken by Azar to combat the spread of coronavirus infection in the country.
