The Russian and Turkish military conducted another joint patrol in Syria’s most remote province, Hasakeh. This was reported Monday by the head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, Rear Admiral Oleg Zhuravlev.

“There was another joint Russian-Turkish patrol on the route Deyrun-Aga – Tell Sayyid – Tel Khatun – Deyrun-Aga in the province of Hasaka”, –  Churavlev said.

Russian military police have also patrolled other routes in Aleppo and Haseke Province, he said.

Army aviation also conducted air patrols along the route of Metras Airfield – Shwayhan – Ain Isa – Mishrak – Bir Qantari – Bir Hamid El-Ali – Quayres Airfield – Metras Airfield.

Churavlev also said that over the past 24 hours there had been no reports of shooting by illegal armed groups controlled by Turkey in the Idlib de-escalation zone.

“However, there have been two recorded firings of Jabhat al-Nusra from the position of the terrorist organisation Jabhat al-Nusra in Ruaiha, Cafer Battih, in Idlib province”, – he said.
