The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Germany per day increased by 2082 and reached 125 098, according to the Robert Koch Institute.
According to it, 170 people with coronavirus died in a day in the country. The total number of deaths was 2969.
Doctors also report that 68,200 people have been cured of the infection for the entire time, an increase of 3.6 thousand people per day.
The largest number of cases of infection was recorded in Bavaria (33,569), North Rhine-Westphalia (25,300) and Baden-Württemberg (25,040). In Berlin, 4668 cases of COVID-19 were recorded.
