At the same time, the United States was ranked ninth with 4 per cent of all infections. It is noteworthy that China has the same ratio. However, while China has 3.3 thousand deaths per 83,000 people infected, the United States has 22,000 by 557,000.

Coronavirus Pandemic: Russia is in the lead in terms of healthcare efficiency.
To date, 21,102 cases of COVID-19 infection, 170 fatalities and almost 1.7 thousand recoveries have been recorded in Russia. Thus, the percentage ratio has remained at the same level – 0.8%.
Russia has already received the coronavirus strain from the US, which will make it possible to create a vaccine. Virologists predict that the drug will be developed by the end of 2020. Mass application of the vaccine will not be possible until 2021. This time period is explained by the need to make sure that the vaccine is effective before vaccination begins.

Earlier News Front reported that specialists of the state scientific center of virology and biotechnology “Vector” have already developed several prototypes of the vaccine, testing of which has already begun.
