“Due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Ukraine and in the Armed Forces on April 15, the arrival of a US armed forces aircraft is planned at the Borispol international airport under the guise of humanitarian aid delivery to evacuate 93 American instructors and advisers from Ukraine in order to prevent panic,” said he.
