The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Germany per day increased by 4133 and reached 117 658, according to the Robert Koch Institute.
During the same period, 171 people infected with coronavirus died in the country. The total number of deaths is 2544.
Doctors also indicate that 57,443 people have been cured of the infection all the time.
The World Health Organization on March 11 announced an outbreak of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 with a pandemic. According to the latest WHO data, more than 1.5 million cases of infection have been recorded in the world, more than 92.7 thousand people have died.
