The Ukrainian security forces violated the ceasefire in the Donbass 34 times over the past day, reporters at the Representative Office of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic at the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC) told the reporters on Saturday.
On Friday, the DPR reported 16 violations of the ceasefire by the Ukrainian security forces per day.
“Over the past day, the total number of violations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 34 times”, – the representative of the DPR in the JCCC said.
According to him, the Ukrainian security forces fired 50 artillery shells and 90 mines in the republic, also fired from weapons of infantry fighting vehicles, anti-aircraft installations, grenade launchers, small arms. As a result of the shelling, a civilian was injured.
“The total number of ammunition used by the armed forces of Ukraine is 504 units”, – the representative of the department added.
