More than 30 countries asked Russia to install mechanical ventilation devices amid the situation with coronavirus, Oleg Bocharov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, told the reporters on Friday.
According to him, Russia will use the situation to enter international markets.
“We believe that we have everything to concentrate our capacities. The potential is not only within the field of ventilators, but also in other complex medical devices. So we can also create a special program before the end of the year. The Ministry of Industry and other Ministries – that of economic development along with Rosstandart are ready to provide support. More than 30 states are now turning to the Russian Federation with a request for the supply of these products”, – the reporters quoted Bocharov as saying.
