Arriving in Serbia, the Russian military will be involved in the training of local doctors involved in the treatment of patients with COVID-19. This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

“It is also planned to involve medical and nursing teams in the organization of treatment and quarantine measures,” the report said.

Radiation, chemical and biological protection specialists and another medical team are planned to be sent to the military camp of Baczka Topolo, where Serbian military personnel who were in contact with patients with coronavirus infection are isolated. Two medical teams will remain in Belgrade, where the most difficult situation has developed, five more will be sent to the cities of Nish, Kikinda, Valevo, Chupria.

Two groups of specialists have to carry out work in the clinic of obstetrics and gynecology “Popular Front” and the medical clinical center named after Dragin Mishevich in Belgrade, they added to the Ministry of Defense.
