Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced the extension of quarantine in the country due to coronavirus infection until April 13.
“We are in constant contact with the scientific and technical committee, from which we are informed about the positive effect of the measures taken. Therefore, I signed a decree that extends the regime until April 13”, – the reporters quoted him as saying.
He did not rule out that quarantine restrictions would remain after this date.
According to the latest data, the number of deaths from the coronavirus COVID-19 in Italy per day increased by 727 – to 13,155.
