The American armed forces in Italy became nervous due to the fact that Russian forces were deployed in the country.
This is stated in the material of the Georgian edition of the News Front agency, which is dedicated to the scandalous article of the Italian publication La Stampa that Russian support is supposedly useless for Italy.
“The order for the La Stampa newspaper, which is in the hands of the Agnelli clan, came from the leadership of American military bases located in Italy, since it clearly shows the interests of the United States and NATO, concerned about the movement and presence of Russian military doctors in Italy,” notes Georgian edition of our agency.
Italian performers of the American order did not even try to disguise US involvement in their article.
“The Russian military, including generals, colonels, majors, move freely around Italy a few steps from NATO bases,” writes La Stampa.
The authors of the anti-Russian publication preferred to keep silent the fact that neither the United States nor the European Union provided timely assistance to Italy, faced with an epidemic of coronavirus. In Georgia, the article was quickly disseminated by local pro-Western media. At the same time, Georgian television channels and most of the media ignored the delivery of Russian humanitarian aid to Italy.
