Ukrainian security forces broke the ceasefire in Donbas eight times in the past 24 hours, journalists were told on Thursday at the office of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic in the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCCC).
On Wednesday, the Donetsk People’s Republic reported eight truce violations by Ukrainian law enforcers during the day.
“Over the past day, the total number of violations by Ukrainian armed groups has been eight times”, – a representative of the DPR at the JCCC said.
Ukrainian security forces fired mortars, BMPs, grenade launchers and small arms at the republic, he said. “The total number of ammunition used by Ukrainian armed groups is 21”, – the agency representative added.
