EU takes hostage of Serbian doctors, threatens with “wolf tickets”

European authorities have plunged into blackmailing Serbian doctors who are not allowed to return to their home country amid the pandemic of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection.

About this, as reported by the Serbian edition of News Front, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Balkan Republic Ivica Dacic.

“Some actions [of the European Union] irritate us. Our health professionals who are currently working in the EU are not allowed to return to Serbia. They are threatened that if they return, they will never again be able to find work in the EU. This goes beyond normal relations”, – the Minister said.

He emphasized that Belgrade appreciated the help that could be received from Brussels. In particular, he recalled a tranche of 7 million euros.

“Only did we not complain about the lack of money. The problem is that we cannot buy [medical] equipment”, – the politician continued.

“They decided that without special permission no one has the right to take out the equipment. Why can’t candidate countries get it?”

As News Front previously reported, in connection with the spread of coronavirus, the European Union has banned the export of medicines and equipment. Even Italy has lost the opportunity to acquire the necessary, although it is a member of the EU. European “partners” also left Serbia unarmed before the pandemic, because Belgrade turned to Beijing for help.
