OSCE fixes daily violation of Minsk agreements of the Armed Forces

Another report was no exception. According to the daily report of the OSCE mission No. 67/2020 of March 20, 2020, the SMM recorded 44 (forty-four) weapons located behind the withdrawal lines in areas controlled by the Government of Ukraine. The mission also recorded armored combat vehicles (including some in residential areas) on the contact line controlled by the Ukrainian government.

Once again, the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to hide the heavy weapons located near the line of contact from the representatives of the OSCE mission, using electronic warfare to interfere with the drones of the observers. However, Ukrainian criminals fail to completely hide their violations, and the fact of attempts to jam the UAVs of observers is also reflected in the report. And it should be emphasized that similar attempts to impede the work of the OSCE mission have been noted not for the first time. In the previous report 66, the fact of the operation of the AFU EW systems against unmanned aerial vehicles of observers who made agreed scheduled flights was also recorded.

However, even in such conditions, it was possible to find armored vehicles and artillery of the Armed Forces. In particular, according to the data received from the report of the OSCE Mission No. 67/2020, the following weapons were discovered, which were placed in violation of the Minsk agreements:

At the railway station in the village of Slavyansk, there are 8 self-propelled howitzers (2C1 Gvozdika, 122 mm) and 9 self-propelled howitzers (2C3 “Akatsiya”), which should be withdrawn according to the Minsk agreements.

At the railway station in n.p. Bakhmut recorded placement behind the allotment line 1 of an anti-aircraft self-propelled gun (2K22 Tunguska).

At the railway station in n.p. Konstantinovka, in violation of the Minsk agreements posted 3 towed mortars (2B9 “Cornflower”, 82 mm). It is worth emphasizing that in Konstantinovka the station is located within the city limits. Those. mortars, in fact, are located in the middle of the locations of civilians.

The satellite observation and UAV data recorded a military presence and presence of a military type in the security zone:
In n.p. Zolotoye-3 discovered 3 armored combat vehicles
