Russian PM discuss the situation with coronavirus with PMs of CIS countries

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said he had discussed with the CIS heads of government the situation with the coronavirus and the measures that Russia is taking.

“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, we discussed the situation with the spread of coronavirus yesterday with the heads of government of the CIS countries. I informed them that, starting from March 18, that is, from tomorrow, and until May 1, the entry of foreign citizens and people into Russia without citizenship will be limited”, – Mishustin reported at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Yesterday, I already informed my interlocutors and I would like to repeat now that these decisions were caused by special, essentially extraordinary circumstances, consistent with the recommendations of the World Health Organization and are temporary”, – the Prime Minister emphasized.
