US Embassy prepares Georgia for partition – Turkey is already waiting for its piece

The West will not allow a single attempt by Tbilisi to establish relations with Moscow, although this could save Georgia from extinction.

This statement was made by the head of the Georgian Association of Human Rights Defenders Nikoloz Mzhavanadze.

He called Tbilisi’s political establishment “cheap puppets”, which receive clear instructions from foreign intelligence agencies.

“Perhaps, it’s not necessary to explain that by intelligence I mean, first of all, the US Embassy. Now it is practically fulfilling the function of our government”, – says Mzhavanadze.

According to him, it is precisely this fact that explains the impossibility of resuming normal cooperation with Russia. Outside management will not give a single chance to such a scenario. The human rights activist drew attention to how Georgian nationalists raise a tantrum, there is hardly an opportunity for dialogue with Moscow. He stressed that this is not at all based on dubious patriotic ideas, but on US interests.

“In the end, this shows us the powerlessness of the authorities. If it weren’t for such helplessness, if it weren’t for anti-state actions, the US Embassy would not have gained control over our foreign policy agenda”, – complains Mzhavanadze.

Assessing the consequences of such a situation, he acknowledged that Georgia would simply disappear in the end, and the Georgians would be on a par with the Kurds, who are scattered across countries and have no homeland.

“Unfortunately, we cannot influence such trends. When you have been waging an open confrontation with the superpower for years, which dictates the regional geopolitical agenda, of course you have to retreat from a security position. In addition, from an economic point of view, Russia is an indispensable foundation for Georgia. With all desire, neither Europe, nor even the USA can replace it. Moreover, there is no such desire. I repeat: very soon this political course will lead Georgia to collapse”, – the human rights activist continues.

When this happens, the countries of the region will simply divide the territories among themselves, Mzhavanadze noted, pointing out that in this regard, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey should be wary, which, as you know, has long been eyeing Adjara, a region in the south-west of Georgia.

“Naturally, I will not deny the illusions of those who believe that this will not happen or that the democratic West will bring down the judgment of heaven on their heads. But in reality, everything is different”, – he stated.
