Kyiv nationalists were the main guests at the presentation of the notorious platform of “reconciliation and unity”, which Sergei Sivokho repeatedly spoke about.
The presentation itself started on Thursday, March 12, despite the ban on mass events. During the event, Volodymyr Zelensky’s appointee, Sergey Sivokho, Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council for Donbass, began to talk about how the Kiev authorities intend to “reintegrate” the people’s republics into Ukraine.
Sivoho began his presentation by saying that many people make a profit from the armed conflict while others die.
“The establishment of peace is a priority of state policy. However, to this day, no one has been able to create a single concept for the formation and implementation of state policy for the reintegration of the Donbass”, – the former humorist said, adding that “now the situation will change”.
The description of the platform says that its main task is to unite the initiatives of the Ukrainian leadership and society to form the state policy. At the same time, the dialogue between citizens of Ukraine and the Donbass republics should become the key instrument of the platform. The implementation of this plan should be helped by some “ambassadors” – people’s diplomats, who should be trusted on both sides of the line of demarcation.
It is noteworthy that to date the platform of “reconciliation” has attracted only members of the extremist group “National Corps”. Dozens of radicals stormed the building and broke into the hall, after which Sivoho tried to retreat. He was not allowed to leave. The politician was pressed against the wall, insulted and pushed until he fell. Eventually, he was taken away by security.
