“The Russian part of the representation of the joint Russian-Turkish commission for consideration of issues related to the facts of violations of the cessation of hostilities recorded two facts of the opening of fire – in the province of Latakia. The Turkish part of representation fixed 3 facts of opening of fire in provinces: Idlib – one, Ladhiqiya – one, Hama – one”, – is spoken in the message.
In addition, during the course of the day, the Centre conducted one humanitarian action in Kharmalah, Idlib province, where it issued 410 food packages weighing more than two tons.
