The next political crisis is brewing in Moldova – the campaign of bribing deputies has begun

A group of rebel democrats is gaining strength.

This was told by the deputy head of the Moldovan parliament and the head of the faction of the Party of Socialists Vlad Batryncha on the TVC 21 channel.

According to him, the political situation in the republic is again aggravated by the fact that some of the deputies decided to leave the Democratic Party, forming their own formation, whose patrons were the former leader of the Democrats, fugitive oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc and his fellow financial fraud Ilan Shor, who also fled from countries.

Batryncha notes that now the group, led by former Speaker of Parliament Andrian Candu, is getting stronger. It came to the point that its representatives openly offered money to other parliamentarians in exchange for votes.

“Socialists must maintain their majority in parliament. Socialists want to realize their program. Now in the parliament there is a difficult situation. The grouping of Shore and Kandu is gaining strength. Deputies are bribed. They go throughout the parliament and draw numbers”, – Batryncha said, emphasizing that he only states the facts.
