An official representative of the People’s Police of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic, Yakov Osadchy, accused Kiev of trying to destabilize the situation near the line of contact in Donbass.
Earlier, the representative of the DPR in the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination stated about two shootings in a day, which resulted in damage to residential houses in Frunze, controlled by the DPR
“Without leaving any attempts to destabilise the situation on the line of contact, the armed groups continue insidiously bombarding the civilian population of the republic”, – Osadchiy said.
The official representative of the agency called on the observers of the Special OSCE Monitoring Mission (SMM) to strengthen control in the zone of responsibility of the 93rd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, from the position of which the fire was carried out on the territory of the republic, and to record violations of the Minsk agreements.
