Canadian Foreign Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne visited Ukraine. He promised to give Kiev money.
We are talking about 1.3 million euros, which Canada is ready to transfer to Kiev for reform of the National Police within three years.
This is stated in a statement on the website of the Government of Canada.
In addition, Champagne raised the theme of “independence” and Canada’s readiness to help defend it.
