In the United States, its own “coronavirus” uprising is brewing.

US not far removed from Ukraine: Americans infected with coronavirus became objectionable in the “land of freedom”

American society does not want to get in touch with its compatriots, who were evacuated from the infamous cruise ship “Daimond Princess”. Some of them managed to become infected with coronavirus. US authorities have decided to deploy a quarantine zone in the city of Costa Mesa, California. However, the local administration has already complained about what is happening in court.

According to The New York Times, Costa Mesa politicians are boycotting the state’s intentions to send dozens of Americans to the Fairview Medical Center, even though this complex is practically not used.

“We, of course, sympathize, but do not intend to become the place where crises will be dumped in the expectation that we will deal with them,” said Mayor Katrina Fowley.

The Costa Mesa administration received notice of the plans of the higher authorities on Thursday. On Friday, the federal court has already received a request for an emergency injunction. The court sided with the city, but the ban was approved only temporarily until a detailed review of the situation, which will take place today. At the same time, the US government called the city’s requirements “a security threat”.

As News Front previously reported, Ukraine has long delayed the evacuation of its citizens from China. When they nevertheless decided to take them out, one Ukrainian woman was thrown into the epicenter of the coronavirus epidemic. The girl was left in China with virtually no food and the opportunity to purchase her because of the new quarantine conditions. Those who were taken to their homeland were nearly killed by local residents, fearing infection. In the village of Novye Sanzhary, where they planned to place the evacuees, people built barricades, threw stones at the rescued compatriots and attacked the police. The whole world discussed the scandalous situation, and Vladimir Zelensky compared Ukraine to medieval Europe.
