There were two explosions at a postal company in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, bombs hidden in mailboxes exploded in the morning of 12 February in the cities of Kerkrad and Amsterdam. This was stated by the Public Netherlands Television and Radio Company, citing preliminary data from the police. No one was injured.

In Kerkrad, a parcel exploded at the postal company’s sorting station. It was evacuated there.

The explosion in Amsterdam took place just before 8 a.m. at the post office building in the west of the city.

It is worth recalling that in late December and early January seven different companies in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Maastricht received packages with bombs and threatening letters.
