Ukrainian occupation forces fired on the Lugansk People’s Republic. This was announced on Wednesday, February 12, at the LPR representative office in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire.
According to the SCCC, fire using BMP-2 weapons was conducted in the village of Novotoshkovskoye. As a result of the shelling, a 0.4 kV overhead power line was damaged.
“Eight residential buildings remained without electricity, there are no casualties among the civilian population,” the report said.
