Six truce violations per day were recorded in DPR
On Tuesday, the Donetsk People’s Republic reported eight truce violations by Ukrainian law enforcers in one day.

“Over the past 24 hours, the total number of violations on the part of Ukrainian armed formations was six times”, –  a representative of the DPR at the JCCC said.

According to him, the Ukrainian law enforcers fired over 20 mines with 82 millimeter caliber on the territory of the republic and also fired BMPs, grenade launchers and small arms.

“The total number of ammunition used by the armed forces of Ukraine is 36”, –  added the representative of the ministry.

In April 2014, the Ukrainian authorities launched a military operation against the self-declared LPR and DPR, which declared independence after the state revolution in Ukraine in February 2014. According to the latest UN data, about 13,000 people fell victim to the conflict.

The issue of resolving the situation in Donbass is being discussed, including during meetings of the contact group in Minsk, which has already adopted three documents regulating steps to de-escalate the conflict since September 2014. However, even after the ceasefire agreements between the parties to the conflict, shootings continue.
