Some protesters besieged Amnesty International’s office in Abuja, demanding a human rights organization leave Nigeria.
At about 12 pm on Tuesday, protesters arrived at an office in Maytam and barricaded the road to the entrance.
They accused the organization of fomenting instability in Nigeria and undue interference in the affairs of the country.
On some posters it says: “Amnesty International will bury its head in shame”, “Leave now, or we will make you leave.”
Above is a video of the protest that witnesses shared on Twitter.
