In the LPR can not return the light to the de-energized village for ten days

The energy sector of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic cannot restore power supply to the Golubovskoye village in Donbass due to the lack of guarantees of observance of the truce by Kiev, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR told journalists.

Earlier, an official representative of the People’s Militia of the People’s Republic of China, Yakov Osadchiy, said that on 1 February, the village of Golubovskoye, controlled by the People’s Republic of China, was partially de-energized as a result of shelling by Ukrainian law enforcers.

“Since 15.07 on February 1, 35 subscribers remain in Golubovskoye settlement as a result of the accident on the high-voltage line without power supply. It is necessary to coordinate (from Kiev – ed.) the silence regime”, –  the Ministry of Emergencies said.

In April 2014, the Ukrainian authorities launched a military operation against the self-declared LPR and DPR, which declared independence after the state revolution in Ukraine in February 2014. According to the latest UN data, about 13,000 people fell victim to the conflict.

The issue of settling the situation in Donbass is discussed, in particular, during meetings of the contact group in Minsk, which has already adopted three documents regulating steps to de-escalate the conflict since September 2014. However, even after the ceasefire agreements between the parties to the conflict, shootings continue.
