Police eliminates terrorist in South London and reveals the details

A man armed with a knife, who attacked people in the south of London, recently left prison, where he was serving time for terrorist crimes related to Islamism. This was reported by the police of the British capital.

Earlier, the Telegraph newspaper wrote with reference to sources that the attacker left the prison at the end of January. The attacker, according to the publication, was called Sudesh Amman, he was isolated in 2018 after he confessed to 13 terrorist crimes.

The police said they monitored the attacker and eliminated him at the crime scene.

“We are sure that this is an isolated case, and it was settled. The identity of the suspect has not yet been officially established, however, given the circumstances of the incident, we are sure that it was 20-year-old Sudesh Amman”, – the police said in a statement.

A man attacked passers-by on Sunday at about 2 p.m. (5 p.m. Moscow time) on Stratham High Road.

Two people were injured, they were hospitalized. The attacker is eliminated. The police said that the attack was related to Islamism, the model of an explosive device was on the body of the attacker.
