NATO has adopted its first policy to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse. It sounds noble, but now what is hidden behind these.
This policy, which applies to all personnel, clearly points to NATO’s principle of zero tolerance.
NATO is committed to advancing gender equality and the principles of “Peace and the security of women” in the framework of its tasks and functions – military and civilian. This work is guided by the NATO / EAPC policy on women, peace and security, and the concepts of integration, openness and integrity, which are derived from the core values of the Alliance – individual freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
Now let’s recall the principles of “equality” that are declared in NATO member countries. In particular, the recognition of “zero gender” and other modern perversions of society. It is here that we can conclude that what is truly hiding behind the new doctrine of NATO.
