Pompeo negotiated with Johnson

The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held talks in London with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The parties discussed issues of bilateral relations, as well as security issues in the Middle East.

“Secretary of State Mike Pompeo today in London met with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The parties discussed the strengthening of bilateral relations after Britain left the EU, including a free trade agreement”, – said Morgan Ortagus, head of the US State Department press service.

In addition, the parties also noted the importance of maintaining the integrity of communication networks and discussed “security issues in the Middle East”.

Earlier, British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab held a meeting with Pompeo, during which the parties discussed the US plan for the Middle East.
