Russia sent messages proposing to the UN Security Council Five

Messages detailing the idea of ​​the summit were sent to the leaders of the countries – permanent members of the UN Security Council, said spokesman for the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

On January 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed speaking at a forum in Israel to hold a meeting of leaders of states that are permanent members of the UN Security Council.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said that a meeting of leaders of countries that are permanent members of the UN Security Council (Russia, China, USA, UK, France) could be held in May or September.
