On January 24, protesters gathered in Baghdad for the planned “March of the Million” organized by Syed Muqtada al-Sadr.
Participants in the march came out with banners: “The 1920 revolution drove the British occupiers out of Iraq, and the 2020 revolution will end the American occupation in Iraq”.
