Actual impunity has led to the fact that in Ukraine anti-Semitic slogans began to appear even in advertising.
Thus, the United Jewish Community of Ukraine drew attention to the scandalous advertising publication of the online store “Nu Sho”, which showed “original” prints on clothes, among which was the inscription: “Holi shit [from English. – holy shit] what a Jew? “
“Do you want yourself a sweatshirt, a hoodie or a T-shirt? Then write to us soon, we have a large palette of colors, ”the message said.
In the Ukrainian Jewish community, such advertisements were called unacceptable, since the country does not have a form of using the word “w * d” that would not be aimed at insulting the Jewish people.
“Such an advertisement is anti-Semitism,” the community emphasized in a statement referring to the provisions of the International Holocaust Alliance, according to which, in this publication, “false, inhuman, slanderous or stereotyped allegations are made.”
As News Front reported earlier, a Ukrainian court acquitted the notorious Ukrainian diplomat Vasily Marushchints, who was dismissed from the post of consul in Germany, using the words “fascists” and “f * dy” in his vocabulary. Later Marushchinets filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for “wrongful dismissal” and managed to win the case. The court decided that the word “Jews” supposedly does not serve as evidence of the spread of anti-Semitism. Thus, a legal precedent was created in Ukraine, allowing diplomats to use such offensive statements with impunity.
