The second “black box” from the crashed Ukrainian passenger plane in Tehran was found, an investigation has been launched, the Iranian news agency FARS reported with reference to the head of the Civil Aviation Administration of Iran.
“The team of investigators discovered the second black box, the first one was found earlier. All the necessary data has been collected and an actual investigation has been launched”, – the head of the department said.
The Boeing 737 of Ukrainian International Airlines crashed shortly after departing from an airport in southern Tehran on Wednesday early in the morning. It was on its way to Kiev. There were about 180 people aboard the crashed liner, all of them dead.
