Ukrainian law enforcers are placing weapons and equipment in residential areas and near checkpoints in Donbass, a representative of the People’s Police of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic told journalists on Tuesday.
“The enemy continues to endanger the lives and health of civilians in the territory under Ukraine’s control by placing equipment and weapons in residential areas and in close proximity to checkpoints of entry/exit”, – the People’s Police representative said.
According to him, in order to cover up the violations, the Ukrainian law enforcers are jamming the drone signal of the OSCE mission.
“All the above violations of the withdrawal of weapons and obstacles to the mission are recorded in official reports of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission”, – the representative added.
