Chinese delegation leaves at the end of the week to the US to sign a trade deal

The Chinese delegation, headed by Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC Liu He, will leave for Washington this week to sign an agreement on the first stage of a trade deal between China and the United States.

“Washington sent the invitation, and Beijing accepted it,” the South China Morning Post reported, citing a source.

According to him, the departure of the delegation is scheduled for Saturday. It is expected that she will stay in the United States “several days” – until the middle of next week, the newspaper notes. The PRC government has not yet commented on this information.
