The office of the President of Ukraine confirmed that 76 people were handed over to Kiev as part of an exchange of prisoners in the Donbass.
“The mutual release of the detainees has ended. 76 of us are safe in Ukraine-controlled territory”, – the President’s office on the Telegram channel said in a statement.
