Trump believes the Democrats are violating the constitution by delaying impeachment

At the same time, the American leader did not explain exactly what the violation is.

U.S. President Donald Trump is convinced that Democrats are violating the U.S. Constitution without rushing to pass an indictment to the Senate under impeachment procedure. He said this on Saturday, speaking to students in Florida. Trump, however, did not explain exactly what the violation was. There is no time frame for the resolution to refer the charges to the Upper House.

“What a great support we received from the amazing congressmen by the end of the year, fantastic! We got 196 votes (not supporting the impeachment indictment against Trump) in the vote, three Democrats came over to our side”, –  Trump said  – But not a single Republican took their side”.

The president harshly criticized the Democrats for delaying the transfer of charges to the upper house, calling it a clownery. “They have nothing, there was no crime (during Trump’s phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on 25 July)”, –  the White House head said. – What are we doing here? The whole world is watching us”.

“Crazy Nancy [Pelosi, Speaker of the US House of Representatives] said that there is no case now. This is so unfair… …they’re violating the constitution”, –  he said.
