Presidents of Russia and Turkey Vladimir Putin and Tayyip Erdogan discussed the situation in Libya and Syria by phone, the administration of the Turkish leader said on Tuesday.
“Our president held telephone conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. They discussed the situation in Libya and Syria, as well as bilateral relations and regional problems”,- the statement reads.
