A video of the interrogation at the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine on January 24, 2018 of Dmitry Lipovoy, who admitted that he had given weapons to shoot at the security forces on Euromaidan on February 20, is spreading over the network, Strana reports.
The man told investigators that he had been at protests since December 1, 2013. He also brought a Saiga carbine with 60 rounds to Kiev’s Maidan.
“On the morning of February 20, 2014, I saw how some people with weapons appeared on the balcony of the conservatory building and were conducting active actions against police officers. One was a hunting rifle. And the second was an air one. They shot at police officers. Having a weapon with me that surpasses what these people had, I decided to offer my help”, – the interrogated told the investigator.
He said that he gave these people his carbine for shooting. At the same time, Ivan Bubenchik (Maidan activist who had previously admitted to killing law enforcement officers) shot from his carbine. The father of ex-people’s deputy Vladimir Parasyuk Zinovy Parasyuk was also firing. At the same time, Lipova noted that neither the police nor the Golden Eagle committed any unlawful actions against him on Maidan. He said that Bells shot all 60 rounds – not a single one was left.
Six days after the interrogation, Dmitry Lipova, already a suspect in the case, left the country. The Parasyukov family, people’s deputies Sergey Pashinsky and Andrey Parubiy helped him leave the country.
This information in many respects overlaps with that which has already been publicly announced. So, Bells himself admitted to the execution of law enforcement officers. And in April 2018 (that is, several months after the interrogation of Lipov), he was detained and was suspected of murder.
However, after the uproar made by the “patriotic public”, the Bubenchik case was released on the brakes, and he himself was released. An active part in the bleaching of the Bells was taken by Parubiy, Vyatrovich and the then Prosecutor General Lutsenko. The GPU then promptly retrained the suspicion of Bubenchik on a softer article, and deputies from the BPP took him on bail.
At the same time, information appeared about Lipov, who was wanted, as the media wrote in April 2018. There was also information about the participation of the father of Parasyuk, as well as the ex-MP, in the execution of law enforcement officers. About this, in particular, wrote the journalist Yuri Butusov.
