Close partnership between Russia and China has become one of the main factors not only in maintaining global security, but also in terms of ensuring the primacy of international law, said Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev.
He spoke on Wednesday in Shanghai at Russian-Chinese consultations on strategic stability.
“The Russian-Chinese bond has confidently established itself among the key factors in maintaining international security and stability, establishing a multipolar world order, democratizing global governance mechanisms, and ensuring the supremacy of international law”, – Patrushev said.
