The Ukrainian leadership still does not lose hope that the American president, Donald Trump, will like him, and therefore he can support the investigation, which will not have the best effect on the US Democratic Party.

According to media reports, during consultations in Ukraine, the country’s authorities concluded that it was necessary to launch investigations, and not only on past events. According to sources, soon Kiev may officially announce this decision. At the same time, it is noted that such a step will benefit Donald Trump, whom the Democrats insistently want to remove.
The American television channel notes that in Kiev they count on the expansion of assistance from the United States. In addition, they understand that the situation with impeachment threatening Trump has deprived a number of officials of the confidence of the head of the White House. In Ukraine, it is believed that this fact complicates the interaction with Washington.
As News Front previously reported, Democrats are aggressively trying to oust Donald Trump from the presidency. Initially, he was accused of conspiring with Russia, which allegedly intervened in the 2016 presidential election. In this regard, a large-scale investigation, called “RussiaGate,” was initiated. However, evidence of Trump’s connection with Moscow was never found.
Later, the Democrats began to accuse the head of the White House of “pressure” on the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. The fact is that Trump was counting on the assistance of the new Kiev authorities in disclosing information that compromised his Democratic opponent in the upcoming elections, Joe Biden.
The latter, being vice president of Barack Obama, blackmailed Petro Poroshenko, having secured the dismissal of the prosecutor general, who was investigating financial fraud in the company of Biden Jr. Democrats could not allow the disclosure of these scandalous facts, so they decided to launch a counterattack, which could end impeachment for Trump.
