A number of members of the US Congress related to the Hong Kong Democracy and Human Rights Act are considered non grata persons in China and will be denied entry.
“The Chinese government undoubtedly has the right to decide whether they can cross the border of China. Of course, all these persons non grata will not be able to visit China”, – said Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Gen Shuang.
