The administration of US President Donald Trump has blocked funding for Ukraine long before the White House came up with an explanation for such a move.

According to media reports, the check was carried out by the office of the White House lawyer in connection with the Democrats’ desire to remove Trump from the post of president. So, experts studied the correspondence of the head of administration Mick Mulvaney with the White House on budget issues. It was during these negotiations that ways to justify the decision of the US president were discussed, moreover, after funding was blocked. The discussion was held in August, although the “freeze” occurred in July.
One of the sources of the publication claims that lawyers are concerned about the verification of unacceptable facts. They fear that the US president may be humiliated, although it is not known whether the new data could seriously harm Donald Trump amid the impeachment process.
