The third suspect in the death of 39 migrants charged

British prosecutors have indicted the third suspect in the death of 39 Vietnamese migrants whose bodies were found in a truck trailer in Essex, England, in October.

The 23-year-old resident of Northern Ireland, Christopher Kennedy, is accused of “conspiring to transport people across the border for their subsequent exploitation”, as well as violation of immigration law of the United Kingdom.

Kennedy, who was detained by Thames Valley police on Friday, will face trial on Monday.
