Swedish prosecutor’s office closed the investigation in the case of sexual harassment and rape against the founder of Wikileaks Assange, which lasted 9 years.
Earlier, the Swedish authorities announced the resumption of the investigation against Assange a little more than a month after Ecuador deprived him of political asylum and arrested him at the Embassy of Ecuador in London.
The termination of the investigation was announced due to insufficient evidence, specified in the Swedish prosecutor’s office.
